From the Mass Pike: Take Exit 11. Turn right off exit ramp onto Rt 122. Travel approximately 1 mile to strip mall on left. Spirit of Wellness is located at 202 Worcester St. in the same building as Classic Yarns. Parking and entrance is in the front of the building, to the left.
From Points North: Take Rt 495 South to Rt 290 West to the Rt 140S/Shrewsbury exit. Stay on Rt 140S for about 5 miles into Grafton. Proceed through 1 set of lights past The Olde Post Office Pub (on left). Take the next right towards Rt 122 North (Bridge St). Merge onto Rt 122 and proceed for about 1/4 mile. Spirit of Wellness is located at 202 Worcester St. in the same building as Classic Yarns. Parking and entrance is in the front of the building, to the left.
